Originally from the Netherlands, Joan Bruggink began her career in real estate development in Europe and South America before moving to Miami in 2012. For more than 13 years, she has represented local and international clients across luxury homes, condominiums, and new developments, completing multiple record-setting sales.

Joan’s love of real estate began early. Her father worked in construction, sparking her fascination with building, architecture, and design. Growing up in the Netherlands shaped Joan’s connection to nature and her understanding of sustainability. Raised in a culture where environmental responsibility, thoughtful design, and the efficient use of space were part of everyday life, she developed a refined eye for architecture and interiors. Her travels have further shaped this perspective, drawing inspiration from the many places and cultures she has encountered. These influences continue to guide how she evaluates homes and approaches real estate today.

Throughout her career, Joan kept returning to one question: how could real estate become more intentional?

She feels most grounded in nature and enjoys an active, wellness-centered lifestyle that includes surfing, padel, pickleball, yoga, meditation and Pilates. Joan is equally energized by music, reading and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
